We’re looking for a highly self-motivated and driven Sales Operations Manager to help grow the business, to manage and optimize Salesforce, and provide support and insight on improving sales processes to boost operational effectiveness.
This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who loves to get into systems and improve the flow. We are transitioning from an in-person workflow to a fast-paced virtual model, and this role will be instrumental in implementing tools such as Salesforce-Docusign integration and others, to improve our sales-close process to streamlining subsequent deal details. This individual will own forecasting and reporting to help guide leadership on revenue pipeline and areas of business focus.
Our Sales Operational Manager will roll up under Marketing and will work closely with our Sales team to improve processes.
