PROGRAM LEADERS/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
We’re looking for a big thinker who can also get. it. done. Someone who asks, “Wouldn’t it be cool if…?” and then locks down a plan to make it happen. Uncover the toughest challenges our clients face, and then design the best damn experience for them to learn, practice and apply new communications skills to connect, influence and inspire. That means using every arrow in the quiver, incorporating synchronous and asynchronous, in-person, remote and online solutions.
You will shape the future of our training and coaching solutions that empower people to connect, influence and inspire – transforming the way they communicate, and impacting the companies, teams and communities they serve.
PROGRAM LEADERS/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
We believe that business problems are communication problems – which means we have a major role helping leaders become great communicators who put solutions into action - from aligning the efforts of thousands of team members by cascading their vision, to leading with empathy and connection to boost employee engagement.
Do you thrive on unlocking “a-ha” moments of clarity and insight? Do you love building relationships, and attracting more clients? What about working both independently and with seasoned and collaborative team members who always have your back when you need support with a client?
- Be the expert communications consultant with executive clients. Coach and consult on both content and delivery (whether for a formal, main-stage presentation or a simple team meeting).
- Consult senior leaders as they communicate and navigate organizational change or other big initiatives within their companies.
- Deliver Decker’s Platinum executive coaching sessions as well as recurring monthly consulting engagements.
As part of our Leadership Team, you will own the revenue target, mobilizing the efforts that drive revenue from the most strategic communications consulting engagements to enterprise sales of Decker Digital licenses, and everything in between. You’ll guide our seasoned Relationship Management and Senior Consultant teams to meet and exceed targets, and produce amazing work. You’ll lead a small but mighty Marketing and Sales Operations team to be the multiplier in the revenue equation.
