AR/AP Clerk

Your Role and Responsibilities (Whoop, Whoop!)

  • Manage AR collections on 125 – 150 open customer accounts
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure that all purchase orders are secured before invoicing
  • Generate invoices (30 – 50 per week)
  • Deposit checks
  • Issue checks (30 – 50 per week)
  • Ensure all disbursements are accurately debited to correct GL expense account
  • Other projects as assigned

Required Qualifications (Are You a Fit?)

  • Three years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks (Required!)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Word & Excel) required (It’s 2015, people!)
  • Experience with Concur expense management system (Huge bonus! But not a disqualifier – we’ll teach you to love it)
  • Commitment to exemplary customer service
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Solid organizational skills (Yes, we intentionally keep reiterating this)

Dream Team Logistics Intern

Sales Leadership

  • Manage the Sales Team in all areas of account management, new account prospecting, pipeline development and revenue generation
  • Ensure that the Sales Team achieves revenue goals (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Monitor, review and report on effectiveness of selling activities and results on a weekly basis
  • Coach Sales Team members to improve their selling and account management skills with particular emphasis around selling consulting services to senior-level management
  • Accompany individual account managers on sales calls with high-value clients/prospects

Team Leadership
