The two-day foundation program introduces the Decker Method™ and Decker Grid™ to enhance both sides of communications – behavior and content. Featuring expert instruction, dynamic exercises and video feedback with private coaching. Programs are limited to 12 participants for maximum impact.
Programs may be customized for your team, so that exercises are specifically targeted toward the team’s role and accountabilities.

One-day or half-day program with specific emphasis on vocal impact. Learn how to build rapport over the phone with internal and external clients, and deliver results. Exercises including audio and video feedback pair with group coaching to expand telephone transactions into valuable relationships.

The Next Level: A one-day group program to propel the continuous improvement process by taking your skills to the next level. Advanced techniques and exercises help you think on your feet to boost your confidence and effectiveness in any situation. Limited to 8 people for personalized coaching.
Using this program’s core principles and skill development exercises, advanced programs may be customized for your organization to include modules such as facilitation, communicating to senior leaders, sales skills, and performance management.

The number one request in our programs is for more one-on-one coaching. These two-hour private coaching sessions give you the personal attention needed to further your ability to influence through your personal communication style. Ideal to prepare for an upcoming presentation or high-stakes communication situation.
These half-day sessions offer the opportunity to brush-up your communications skills and get back in the game. Join us with no more than five other Decker alumni to renew your experience, master the Decker Grid™, rehearse an upcoming meeting/presentation and receive group feedback.
