Program Coordinator

Our program delivery team works directly with clients, and we are seeking a dynamic team player to succeed as a Program Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for the program delivery team, including tracking overall utilization and travel, planning team meetings and development efforts
  • Prepare weekly client billing information for submission to bookkeeper for program invoicing (including program details, client contact info and purchase order number)
  • Compile and track program results and scores, regularly providing summary information to the sales and program teams
  • Oversee expense reporting and approval processes for program delivery team
  • Support the Program Development Manager on various projects as assigned
  • Represent the firm as an enthusiastic, excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Keep abreast of communication trends and best practices
  • Serve as a Program Coach as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years recent corporate experience
  • “Get it” factor: proactive, able to anticipate teammate’s needs
  • Highly coachable
  • High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a team oriented environment
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with drive for success
  • Occasional travel may be required (trips 2-3 days in length)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word

Compensation

  • Position is full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Motivate, inspire and transform program participants by effectively leading and managing one- and two-day communications training programs for corporate clients
  • Conduct one-on-one executive coaching programs
  • Provide superior client service by appropriately customizing private corporate programs
  • Represent the firm as an enthusiastic, excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with corporate clients, and pass leads to sales team
  • Keep abreast of communication trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership to team on how to best incorporate them
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales to generate research and case studies for new and existing clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years recent corporate experience
  • Travel required; approximately 2 trips per month (2-3 days in length)
  • “Get it” factor: proactive, able to anticipate needs of clients and teammates
  • Highly coachable
  • High degree of professionalism, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with drive for success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
